Sanjya Tidke,
Founder and President
As an Honors Graduate from the JJ School of Design in Bombay, India and a Deans' List graduate of the Pratt Institute where she received a BS from the School of Interior Design and a BA from the School of Architecture & Construction Management, Sanjya has built a solid foundation from which her imagination can spring.
Ms. Tidke received the 1996 Asian Women in Business Award for Entrepreneurial Achievement and Community Involvement.
Ms. Tidke has been recognized internationally for her design work since arriving in New York from Bombay in 1977.

Her Inspiration...
"All design comes out of dreaming. When I was growing up, I had lots of time and freedom to dream. Since I grew up in India, I'm not afraid to use many different colors together. I can mix them and make them work. Often, I will see a material used in another industry and an idea hits me of how to integrate it into my designs, now and in the future".

Scott J. Kriger has over 30 year of corporate management experience in the Hospitality and Food & Beverage field. Scott has experience with major chains and has held senior operations positions in companies such as Eastside Mario's, Steak & Ale Restaurants, Steak Club Restaurants, Dunkin' Donuts, Beefsteak Charlie's, Tutta Pasta and Manhattan Soupchef.
Scott's invaluable experience in the hospitality industry is now available to TII's customers for the project needs of planning and organizing, operational layout, menu development, cost controlling, lease negotiations, franchising and general operations consulting needs.
